Know Your Lavender

​SPECIES
Since 2021 we have been planting and growing lavender for the fresh cut flower market as well as for distilling of premium quality lavender and lavandin essential oils for aromatherapy practitioners and others who place craft quality as a priority. There are over 30 lavender species, but only a few of these different types of lavender are commonly cultivated. There are five main types of lavender:

NURSERY

All our lavender cultivars are propagated from cuttings from our nursery using our own stock plants. This means we can guarantee they are true to type. All our lavender plants are grown to culinary herb standards.
